Terms of Service

DiceTools is built and run by Empire Tech Labs. “We” and “us” on this page mean Empire Tech Labs; “you” means anyone using the site.

By using DiceTools or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You don't sign up. When you check out, you confirm your email with a 6-digit code, and that email is how your orders, codes and store credit are found later. Use an email you control and keep it safe, because anyone with access to it can see your orders.

You must be old enough to make a purchase where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

• Prices are shown in naira (₦) before you pay. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• You pay by bank transfer through our secure checkout. We never see your bank login or card details.
• Your order starts once your payment is confirmed. Transfers that arrive a little late are still matched to your order, so don't pay twice.
• If you have store credit, you can choose to use it at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel an order we believe is fraudulent. If you've paid, you'll get it back as store credit.

• Social accounts: login details are emailed to you after payment and can be resent from your order history. Change the password and recovery details as soon as you log in.
• Virtual numbers: a number is yours for the time shown, to receive a code for the service you picked.
• Boosting: delivery starts after payment. Start times and speeds are estimates and can vary with the platform.
• VPN: login details for the plan you chose, for the period shown.
• Temp Mail Premium and Vault upgrades: unlocked on the email you paid with as soon as payment is confirmed.

Don't use DiceTools for fraud, scams, harassment, spam or anything illegal. Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits.

DiceTools isn't affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp or any other platform mentioned on the site. Those platforms set their own rules and can restrict accounts or remove engagement at any time. How you use an account or service after delivery is your responsibility.

• Free tools are offered as they are, may have daily limits, and can change or be paused at any time.
• Clip Saver: only download content you have the right to use. Private posts can't be downloaded.
• Profile Viewer: shows public profile information only.
• Temp Mail: inboxes are temporary and are deleted when they expire. Don't use them for anything you need to keep.
• 2FA codes: codes are worked out in your browser. Keep your own copy of your secret keys.

Your vault is encrypted on your device with your master password before it reaches us, so we can't read it and can't recover it. Keep your master password and your 2FA backup codes safe.

If you lose them, we can reset your vault so you can start again, but the saved entries can't be brought back.

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. In short, when something fails on our side, you get your money back as store credit.

We work hard to keep DiceTools running and accurate, but the site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms as DiceTools grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
