Privacy Policy

• No sign-up, no ad trackers and no analytics cookies.
• We keep your email and order details so we can deliver what you bought and help you later.
• Your Password Vault is encrypted on your device. We can't read it.
• We don't sell your data.

• Your email, confirmed with a 6-digit code, so we can send your order and find it again.
• Order details: what you bought, the amount, the order reference, payment status, and anything you entered for the order, such as the link to boost.
• Support messages you send us through the contact form.
• Basic usage records for some free tools, such as which platform a Clip Saver link came from and whether it worked, to keep the tools running and stop abuse. Clip Saver records are deleted after 30 days.
• Your IP address, briefly, to apply rate limits and protect the site from abuse.

• Your bank login or card details. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
• Your Password Vault contents or master password. Everything is encrypted in your browser before it's saved.
• Advertising or analytics tracking data.

Your browser stores a few things locally so the site works smoothly: your light or dark theme, the orders and email you've used on this device, your recently used tools, your Temp Mail inbox and your Vault session. Clearing your browser data removes them. Your orders are still safe on our side and can be found again with your email.

• To deliver your order and email you its details, codes and receipts.
• To answer support messages and fix problems with orders.
• To issue store credit when something can't be delivered.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

Only the services we need to run DiceTools, and only what each one needs:

• our payment partner, to process your bank transfer;
• our email provider, to send you codes and order emails;
• our hosting and database providers, where the site and its data live;
• the suppliers that fulfil an order, such as the link you want boosted.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our Customers page shows recent buyers with their emails partly hidden, so nobody can read the full address. If you'd rather not appear there, contact us and we'll remove you.

• Orders are kept so you can find them again and for our records.
• Temp Mail inboxes and their messages are deleted when they expire.
• Clip Saver usage records are deleted after 30 days.
• Your Vault is kept until you or we reset it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information linked to your email, or ask us to delete it, through the support form. We may keep some order records where we need them for accounting or to prevent fraud.

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
